Pack with Care
Place your items back in their original Erstwilder gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
